Sipadan National Park entry is limited to a certain amount of visitors per day and permits are required in order to visit the island. It is recommended to book Sipadan at least a few weeks ahead in order to guarantee a spot upon arrival but please feel free to contact us to check availability. Sipadan permits are guaranteed by booking any of the below packages starting from 3D/2N. A PADI Advanced Open Water Diver license or equivalent is required to dive at Sipadan island, if you have not yet had a chance to do your advanced course, then check out our Advanced Open Water Course & Sipadan packages. If you haven't dived in a while then please just inform us, we offer refresher dives at no extra cost!
Please be aware that there aren't any restroom facilities on Si Amil Island, and since we'll be spending the entire day there, you will enjoy a laid-back picnic -style lunch on the pristine sandy beach.
Sabah Parks has ruled that only “Reef Safe” suncream can be used when diving or snorkelling the waters of Sipadan National Park. The chemicals in most suncreams, oxybenzone and octinoxate, are very harmful to reefs and contribute significantly to coral bleaching. We therefore require all divers and snorkellers to only use Reef Safe Suncreams during their entire stay.

Packages include accommodation at Mabul Beach Resort, diving around Mabul, Kapalai, Si Amil and Sipadan islands, boat transfers to/from Mabul at specified times, meals, tea, coffee & water. These are our most popular Sipadan packages, but if these don't fit your schedule just let us know and we will be more than happy to try and tailor make you a package just for you.
Full equipment rental (excluding dive computer) will cost RM65 per day. If you require full or partial rental gear, please let us know and we can ensure your quote includes these fees.
