Our resort has a variety of different rooms and room layouts to suit everyone's needs: VIP rooms, Family Rooms, Ensuite AC rooms, Ensuite Fan Rooms and Dorms.

Our spacious air-conditioned VIP rooms each have one king size bed, air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan, a private ensuite bathroom with solar heated hot shower, a safe and an extended balcony over the beach offering a partial sea view. The VIP AC rooms are the closest rooms to the beach & ocean and are the only ones with partial sea-views.

The VIP AC room is only available with one king size bed, for twin or triple share we recommend the Deluxe AC room.

The Deluxe AC rooms at Mabul Beach Resort are our most popular choice, it features either one king size bed OR one king size bed and one single bed. It is suitable for twin or triple share - please let us know at the time of booking if you require one or two beds. All deluxe AC rooms come with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe, a private bathroom with solar heated hot water shower and a private balcony with garden view.

The Deluxe AC Family room has one king size bed and one set of bunk beds. It is suitable for two adults and two children OR up to four adults. The deluxe AC Family room comes with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe, a private bathroom with solar heated hot water shower and a private balcony with garden view. Children under 12 sharing a room with 2 adults will receive half-price accommodation at our Mabul Beach Resort.

The Ensuite Fan rooms at Mabul Beach Resort are perfect for guests looking for clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation with the option of one king size bed or two single beds - please let us know at the time of booking if you require one or two beds. The Ensuite fan room has a ceiling fan, a private ensuite bathroom with solar heated hot shower and a balcony with garden view.

Extra beds are not available in the Ensuite fan rooms, for triple share we recommend the Deluxe AC room.

Perfect for solo travellers and groups or couples on a budget, we have Two Fan & Two Air-conditioned dormitories at Mabul Beach Resort which each have two bunk-beds (sleeps a total of 4 people per room), ceiling & stand-up fans, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. 

Our Intern Dorm (specifically for guests joining the Divemaster or IDC packages) is Fan-Cooled and sleeps up to 8 people. 

Dormitory accommodation is mixed with male & female travellers sharing the same room. Individual lockers are provided for storing small bags and valuable items, and there are plenty of power plugs to charge your electronics.
